Thought I would post here e-punk as I saw your message and thought I would drop by, especially in light of the recent news. I remember this site way way back when it was xp-erience (and possibly before that, my memory is a bit fuzzy) but it's been what? at least 10 or so years since my last post?

Just checking my oldest interaction in the reactions profile section and it dates to 2004, which is 16 years ago, which is quite a while, alot has changed since the heady days of XP (I'm still myself but a bit older)

Anyway thought I would post here to offer condolences as this has always been a great community, also thought I would post so you know I am OK as well in these challenging times (I'm likely to even stick around given the thriving gaming section which I am doing, possibly even with tech support as I still do that nowerdays but more on the VOiP side.

Anyway, here's to old times and new times, as well

Yep, definitely, which is one of the reasons beyond actually having a proper connection here (poor Saz) I wanted to jump back in, to show I've not disappeared into a black hole.

Yes, life was simpler then, back when our biggest complaints in life where XP not doing things like Windows 98 did them!

True, this was before micro-transactions, serious DLC, Covid-19, political correctness (at least in UK) US company trying to own all the money (as Jim Sterling would put it) and countless other things, least aside what updates Microsoft are now going to put in the latest win 10 build (as have my new Rig up on the slow ring build)
