This has been an ongoing battle in the community, for some reason ms doesn't include a search feature in edge, should be a simple fix yet they haven't done anything about it.

The work around right now is to search history from internet explorer, they share the same folder.
Launch IE, hit control+h to open the history pane, hit the view tab, there you'll see "search history"
Cumbersome, that's the work around till MS decides they have to add the feature in edge
